We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for our Services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel Services at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
